Trunk isnt opening as it used to be, they said well it doesnt open fully. Well its my car I would never lie about a small thing but it isnt opening as it should. Plus it wasnt washed I couldnt really tell if the scratched were gone.

Jamie was nice and helpful. Until the end when I said trunk isnt opening she argued with me saying it shouldnt I checked the other car which was different brand and model. Then she didnt even tell me that I was done she just left then I called her name to check that I was done with them.

I got rear ended and took my car to Caliber to get it fixed. When my car was done, the bumper was warped and almost looked worse that when I dropped it off. The woman who came out to inspect their work before they turned my car over to me noticed what my car looked like and she assured me that they would fix it ASAP. That evening I got a call saying that my car was done. Jason even offered to bring my car to Nampa so I didn't have to drive back to Meridian. My bumper looked like new. I will definitely use Caliber Collision should I get into another accident!
