Kristian was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He gave us an estimate on when the car would be finished and the work was completed early by a whole day. The office staff was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Our car looks new again. The paint color matches perfectly and the damaged area has been fixed to look brand new. I appreciated the text updates as the work progressed as it helped me plan getting transportation to pick up the car and I also knew the work was actually progressing.

Christian or Kristian, can't remember how it was spelt, was very friendly and did a great job assisting me in what would be done to the vehicle repair wise, walked me through what the process would be like, how they would blend it, etc etc. Called me promptly when it was done and picked it up the next morning, spoke for a little and 5 minutes worth of paperwork later I was back on the road in my own vehicle again. The only thing I thing I did not enjoy were the not so friendly looks and lack of greeting when walking into Caliber by the younger lady at the front desk. I run retail stores, it's not hard to be nice and it doesnt take more than 15 seconds to greet someone, maybe add a smile to that and you can brighten someone's day.

Repair was quick, service was great, paint job had a little orange peel look in some spots, but overall happy with the repair. I would have liked the option to evaluate a complete repaint of the vehicle at my expense so blending wasn't am issue

Excellent customer service. Good communication with texts. Would have liked a little more advance notice on the completion time/date, since the vehicle was done early(which was great!, but i was at an appointment and had to backtravk to pick up.)
