The process was great and Jaimie was extremely knowledgable and responsive. Our one complaint is that we received a message that we'd be able to pick up the car the next afternoon. We received no messages the following day so we called at 3:30 pm and were told it was being repainted (the first paint job didn't meet specs) so it would be another day. We appreciate that it was noticed that the paint job was not correct, but we were surprised at the lack of communication for it, i.e. we had to call to know this.

I would tell anyone who I care about to avoid Meridian Caliber Collision like the plague. They will not repair your vehicle properly and then they will speak to you with a very rude tone and not return your phone calls.

As previously stated. I took delivery of my vehicle, did not get to do a walk around with the employee and my vehicle was given back to me completely dirty and with a large scratch still evident very obvious Ly from the accident.

I experienced a mix of good and bad customer service. The good customer service I experienced was before the repairs, when they were trying to earn my business. After the repairs I was treated in a rude fashion. The gentleman that I was expressing my concerns to over the phone told me that I could not prove that the issues I was speaking about occurred before the vehicle was repaired. Even though I pointed this particular damaged area out to him prior to the initial estimate. He would not let me finish speaking, cut me off and said, let’s just cut to the chase, I can’t help you... I have been going to a body shop in Washington for 20 + years where I have been treated with respect and dignity. It was a rude awakening to experience such poor customer care in a profession that one may argue requires a high standard.
