Was told I was going to be kept informed of the status of my vehicle, didn’t happen besides one text saying they found something not on the quote. I was called and told it was ready for pickup about 1.5 hours before they closed. I lived about 30-45 minutes away and had to find a ride to pick up my vehicle. It would have been nice to know my vehicle was going to be ready that day so I could make the plans and accommodations to get there before they close. Overall if I need to have my car worked on I will find another place to go.

The repair and paint job looked great. No complaints about the work itself. My one complaint is that I was told used parts were used to replace the taillight. Wasn't expecting that.
