The folks at Caliber in Merriam, Kansas were great to work with. My little pickup truck had been scrunched between two vehicles in, had I not been involved in it myself, would’ve been a pretty unremarkable rear end accident. No human was harmed in the accident process, but my truck had sustained considerable front and rear damages. It was about a month in the shop during which time Caliber kept me current every couple of days with a text message. It took a few days longer than we thought and unfortunately, I was out of town on family business when it was completed. So Caliber had to and was gracious enough to keep my vehicle safe off in a corner of the shop till I got back in the town. I assigned a grade of nine out of 10 rather than 10 out of 10 because I have not really had much opportunity to drive the vehicle since I got it back. It looks great and I have every expectation it will continue to run great. I take assigning grades as serious business since I know these days people make decisions based upon online reviews. I value them and therefore I don’t just assign good grades lightly and run. I’ll give myself a few months to a judge how the new paint gets through the curing process and perhaps a few washes(which I will wait to do for a couple of months.) then I may come back in and update this review to a a 10.
