Tough time to have an accident with Covid and all of its factors. I was pleased with the communication but not pleased with the payment process. Some was the insurance companies fault but Caliber had a roll in it also.

Aaron and Dan were both great. I was kept up to date on the process every day and if parts were being delivered late. In spite of a couple parts being a few days behind, I still got my car back before I was originally told.

Called the day the car was ready never given any idea of about when it would be ready except within the week. I was told I had to pick it up immediately and I was unable to do so with short notice. The car had grease on the stirring wheel and no one walked out and checked anything is anything. After driving for 3 days we realized that the brake lights and the back driver's side were never working nor were the lights when you turn on your lights at night in the same area. That causes us to take extra time out of our day to make phone calls and take off work as much as we were unsafe driving the car through the weekend before we realized.
