I took my truck to the one in Merriam.The service there was absolutely great. Everyone there was very nice and answered all my questions. They kept me informed on the progress on my truck at least twice a week. The work quality on my truck was outstanding. They were fast and did a great job. They even washed my truck after the work was done. Most definitely recommending everyone to take their vehicle to Caliber for work to be done.

I would give a 10 but the length of time it took created some issues. Would like to stress again very satisfied with work but the time is what i was not happy with. I did not complain at all until probably 6 weeks in and i was beginning to get frustrated. He gave me legitimated reasons for why but it was still very frustrating at that point.
