I wish I could recommend caliber based on customer service. I was hoping g my last poor quality repair was a fluke, but similarly dissatisfied with this repair. The people, especially Dan, are top notch communicators. Customer service is excellent. Repair quality needs to catch up with customer service.

New hood is not seated straight. It is installed crooked, almost 1/2” difference in gap between the right and left sides of the car. Also found a bunch of clear coat/wax overspray on the roof and back windshield that I had to clean off.
