There were several delays even though the shop had an "extra" week to complete the repairs while I was out of state. Went to pick up my car; it wasn't done so I was sent to get a rental for one day at shop's expense. Returned the rental the next morning as scheduled; car still wasn't done and I had to wait another 45 minutes. Some issues were due to miscues between shop and Volvo dealership (re parts and code updates needed) but that final delay was frustrating

Calliber was great! The people that I had contact with were very kind and patient with my lack of experience. Judy at the desk also remembered me from a previous visit and had followed up with me about the last conversation. Rick A. was amazing! He was very kind and patient with me, taking the time to answer all of my questions and made sure that I understood everything. Steve was also great! He was there when I picked up my car.
