Damage was repaired but seems a bit half-assed. With that I mean you can tell where the damage was located.

Updates were inaccurate. I would call to get updates and they were unprepared with the status of my car and my information to the point where they would tell me they would call me back while they retrieved my information only to go hours/days without calling until I would call back to remind them about me.
