I was advised when I picked up my car that the battery was dead and they'd had to jump my car several times. The woman who went through the repairs actually said "good luck and I wouldn't park nose it to a parking spot because it won't start and you'll need to be jumped." Not once did any one from progressive offer to replace the battery. I know it would have been an additional cost to me. However, I would have eliminated an excessive amount of stress and physical pain on my end. HORRIBLE customer service.
