The time my car was at the shop was abnormally long. Partly due to my insurance company dragging their feet on getting an approval made. However delays were made that were on caliber. For example the wrong parts were ordered initially by accident. I gave this an 8 because John was very professional and communicative on my vehicles status and the urgency behind his actions.

Starting with the young lady in the front reception area to the young lady who walked me around my car and went over what and how repairs had been done. Every employee I had contact with was very professional and accommodating. Most importantly the workmanship on my repairs was outstanding. Also, throughout the entire time car was in for repairs I received a text message almost daily as to progress and what was coming next. This was so appreciated. All in all a top notch facility that I would recommend to anyone in a heart beat. Job well done, thank you.
