It was a great experience from setting the appointment to picking up the car. My daughter and I went to Caliber to have them look at the car and give us a rough estimate of how much time they thought the repair would take and to schedule an appointment. Nancy was friendly, knowledgeable and able to help us when all others were busy. When we dropped the car off for service her estimated time was the same 3-4 days unless they hit a snag once they removed the bumper. Gentry was our contact once the car was getting repaired. He gave text updates and returned my call promptly when i had to leave a message. My husband and daughter picked up the car and both were very impressed with the service they received. Nancy greeted them and Gentry explained all that had been done in detail. I got home late so havenât seen how good it looks. My daughter was extremely excited about the repair and that they cleaned the car. Inside and out!

Caliber went above and beyond my expectations. The repair on my car was relatively small yet they treated me like I was a very important customer. The repair was completed in less than half the time I was expecting. Communication regarding the process was top notch, staff was friendly and courteous, and the finished repair looked great! All in all, an excellent experience. I would definitely use Caliber for any future collision repair work, and I will recommend them to others.

The repair job was flawless. They truly went above and beyond to make sure there was no damage left. They also made the whole process go over smoothly and super quick. The staff was friendly and patient, making sure I knew what was going to be done to my car. I would definitely recommend them to anyone if they need any repairs done!

I would have like for my vehicle to have been aired out a bit more before being called to pick it up. My entire car and garage smells like chemicals, like a repair body shop. Strong funes giving me a headache.
