Everything about Caliber Collision was excellent. The staff are friendly and pleasant and knowledgeable, and the car was done right on time. I would definitely go to Caliber Collision again, but hope I donât have to.

I am happy with the repairs done to my car. My concerns are customer service related. 1. A rental car should have been included in my quote. 2. Payment from third party should have been able to be processed before repairs began. It worked out but it was a gamble.
