They were very helpful in the overall process of getting my truck repaireed to the point of assisting to communicate with insurance to repair it rather than totalling it.

Everyone I encountered at Caliber was friendly and thorough. They walked me through the entire process and made sure all of my questions were addressed. I also appreciated the text updates. I think this was likely an oversight, but when I picked up my vehicle I noticed the trash from the job, along with the items from my trunk were still in my backseat. It was no problem for me to take care of that, but I wanted to let you know. All in all, my experience with Caliber was wonderful and I would highly recommend the company to others.
