I want to thank all the staff for being so supportive from the first time I called in and talked to Danni to the front office person who greeted me when I brought my car in and all the communication I recieved to keep me updated on the progress of my car. And especially helping with the rental car assistance. I was very impressed with the high standard kindness. I didn't expect the repairs to take as long as they did being that I've never needed vehicle repairs before but any negative experience I could've had was lessend by USAA Auto Insurance completely paying for my rental car. Though, Caliber Collision did leave me with next to zero gas when I picked it up, so low that the dial couldn't give an estimate on miles.

When I went to pick up my car I was the one who had to point out that the job was not complete. Area manager came over and confirmed my concern and said I would here back shortly and it would be taken care of in a timely manner and it has been a week with no follow up or reaponse

Top notch, excellent communication and workmanship just a little longer than I expected but that is probably the normal timeframe for repair.
