My vehicle came back with now things wrong than before. I took it there to get the left front quarter panel and door driver side door and bumper fix because my mother backs into my Van but when I got it back O and it was supposed to be aligned and this was all in walkershaw well halfway through the um repairs I get a call saying from a caliper in Middleton Wisconsin and they had my Van and/or fixing it well like I said and then I went to go pick it up when I tried to of tell them that this wasn't there in whatever and they completely completely would give him listen to me cause they were right and I thought with good customer service the customer is always right so no I would never ever recommend your company to anyone I know! So I just brought the vehicle home to show my husband and the sad thing is is that right now it's not even safe to drive my kids in and I have 5 with them they go to school and secondly is that there's no way that the align this car it's pulling all over the place and thirdly was that there was AA residue or a part of a sticker on the hood like just a kid sticker that I could have taken off the Google on but chose just leave it on there and was still on their didn't even wash my car what a bunch of lazy employees you have working for your company and I am so so disappointed in what quality of work manship that was done actually I don't think any work was done on it so but you asked for my I've opinion you got it and if you later call me back fill free my number is 6086676788 thank you

The customer service through Caliber was amazing. The text updates were extremely helpful, and everyone that is a part of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Caliber did an amazing job on fixing and painting my car in a timely matter! Thank you!

When I went to pick my vehicle the receptionist was busy talking to a co worker about nonsense and I ghb more me for a good minute or two. Then I was upset to see I couldn't pay cash, which is very inconvenient. then being my deductible was so high (1000) I asked to pay some on one credit and my grandfather would pay the rest on his card and she would not do that. I'm trying to pay the bill and this girl is making it impossible. not everyone had 1000 dollars sitting around and she was extremely rude and made this process very inconvenient. I'm not sure her name but she was white with a terrible dye job. The rest of my experience was very nice. I would not recommend this place simply because of the rude customer service and I definitely will not be returning.

I brought the vehicle in to have some minor touch up done and fender flares installed. To my surprise upon pickup the vehicle was completely detailed inside and out...work performed was great and the extra mile was unexpected but greatly appreciated...thanks team!!

Very nice staff! I loved the updates of my car everything they do something! As well loved it when I picked it up and it was washed and vacuum! Amazing service and people!
