After many repair delays, I finally got my car back, but the rear leather seat was damaged by Caliber Collision. They’ve informed me they’ll be reaching back out to fix the issue and I’m waiting to get this resolved.

My rear seats have leather damage that was not there before. The manager let me know he’d get back to me on when they’ll fix it but I have not heard back yet.

They were nice in person and Kelly went above and beyond to keep me informed and even dropped me off at the car rental. However every update I received on the completion of my car was inaccurate and the projected time of completion kept getting pushed back, requiring me to extend my rental multiple times.

From the very first call to make an appointment, then meeting with Kelly for estimate and till the end was very pleasant and smooth process! Kelly explained in depth the process and kept me updated on the every steps of the repairs. Drop off and pick up was very easy quick process. My sensors were 18 degrees to the right, there were major issues with my tire alignment, and the next repair shop I went to found $3000 worth of things that should have been fixed. My car was trying to throw me into traffic and you put me in extreme danger by not doing the repairs properly.

This is the second time that I have brought a car to caliber collision for repairs. I have been very satisfied both times. Repairs were done in a reasonable amount of time, and I was updated regularly with any delays. I am satisfied with the quality of the work done and the professionalism / friendliness of all staff.
