I am so happy with the service I received at Caliber collision! Alex was really quick with information about my jeep and easily accessible. He was a pleasure to work with and they coordinated with the rental car company. My jeep grand cherokee looks awesome after the hail damage. So happy with them.

Repeated automated messages with postponed completion dates were extremely frustrating and inconvenient. Every time I spoke to an actual human they were very kind and professional but I had to call them. They did not call me to explain the delays.

The car looks awesome. It looks like new. The rims had some curb rash and stone chips. Dave suggested that they have a guy that could fix the rims. I said go ahead and do it. I am happy that I did that. The rims look like new. The replacement for one rim would be more than what it took to fixe them. I highly recommend everything that was fixed by Caliber. Thanks Dave for your attention to detail!

The battery was drained when I got the car back and I've been having issues with it since I got it back. I'm still finding glass shards all over the cabin and the trunk appears to have not been cleaned out at all based on how much glass is still in there

Based on my personal experience, Caliber strikes me as type of shop that strives to get away with charging as much as possible while doing as little work as possible to actually complete the job. I would not recommend them to anyone and in the future if I need work done through my insurance provider, I will be asking them to send me somewhere else.

I feel so bad that Caliber had to deal with my vehicle for so long. It is a 2026 Equinox and they had to wait so long for a part. They kept me in the loop through the process. My vehicle was even delivered to my home! Thank you for the excellent service.

In March, I took my car to Caliber (and relied on people’s good reviews). My car’s right side fender had severe damage (hit-and-run at a parking lot). Caliber did an excellent job with replacing the fender. Work is very clean and meticulous. Color and finish match my car’s 100%! Honestly, it was done perfectly in a timely manner! Alex was great and kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend Caliber Collision!
