There are numerous green marks on the replaced parts. Although I had vacuumed the glass before being the car in, it appears the shop did not do so after removing it. I had to vacuum out additional glass shards (numerous, not hard to miss) it also appears there may be some in the lift gate as well as I hear rattling when it closes
