Numerous prolonged delays with frivolous excuses. Was a minor repair job. Initial estimate was 10 days. Actual completion time was over 40 days. Communication during this time was deficient.

See previous comments. They were detached from customer communication and from any follow-ups. Having worked in the service industry for over 40 years, I have never seen a customer treated this poorly.

They lost my keys, and then made me do a big runaround to get the replacement. They should have had the replacement made while they had the car, not after as it was.

You guys could’ve at least refilled my windshield wiper fluid after you replaced the container. Literally don’t even have a drop of fluid and can’t see out my window! Great job Calliber 🙄

We do not need a call. There is nothing you can do to remedy the issues we had at this point. We left our car on a Monday and it wasn’t started until Thursday. At one point we were told the car was started the day we dropped it off which was not true and we could see this with the link provided. We also had multiple delays along the way and the response was “stuff happens”. It would have been nice to have had better communication along the way. The link told us multiple times when the car would be done and when that time passed there was no update. We had to call constantly for updates which were always just “sorry not done yet”. A week repair took 2+ weeks and the communication along the way was horrendous. And then it being $700+ over the estimate was just the icing on the cake.

I went to fix part of the back bumper which should be covered by insurance they fix another part and I had to pay for it, we hile I'm trying to fix the problem with insurance i got a call from some one from the shop threatening me if I don't come take my car they will do something bad to my car I will not trust you guys ever again with my car or I will advise anyone that I know to not go there

I went to fix an accident repair and the y fixed more than the accident without any authorizion while i have been working with the insurance to find out why i have to pay Got a call from someone in the shop that threatened me if I don't get my car that day something bad will happen to my car. This is my second time in this shop first time my insurance paid over 7k, I will not come back to this shop or recommend it to any one I know

The repairs were good. But the service was not good at all. No would return phone calls. The car was there for over 2 weeks. I had to call to find out status on vehicle from Nov 17 to Nov 26.

I specifically requested OEM parts, and instead my vehicle was repaired with used parts. Immediately upon starting my vehicle at pickup, there was a rattle under the hood. I have since consulted another mechanic, who said the noise is coming from a coolant fan, and expressed concern about the used part.

The people I dealt with were nice. I was never notified, however, that my vehicle was ready for pickup. When I came to pick it up (after calling for an update and finding out it was done), my tire pressure was low in 3 of the 4 tires. This seems like something basic that should have been taken care of in the shop. The fact that it wasn't makes me extremely leery about what else may have been ignored or overlooked.
