From start to finish it was a fantastic experience. The constant communication via text messaging is really nice. My truck was transferred from the Milwaukee location to Middleton in order to get repaired and both locations updated me every few days on exactly where things are at. Brad, in particular, at the Middleton location, went above and beyond in answering questions explaining options And checking in with me regularly on a fairly complex repair to my Ford F2 50 is required to complete replacement of the bed and repairing multiple aftermarket Equipment on the truck. He even went down to the most minute of details including the graphics on the rear of the side of the bed.
