If someone doesn't mind being patient and paying rental fees out of pocket, then use Caliber. They did a good job of returning the vehicle's appearance back to its original state.

Tyler Champion and the Team he manages has once again ”Delivered” above and beyond my expectations in keeping me informed on the repair process…the repair time line…and the cost estimate in repairing my late wife's 2025 Toyota Crown Signia…Over the past 40 years…I have taken my vehicles for auto body repairs to Tyler’s grandfather (Claude Champion) at Barretts Body Shop in Abilene Tx…I have taken my vehicles for auto body repairs to his father (Rocky Champion) at his auto body shop…Barretts Auto Collision Center in Abilene Tx…and Now to Tyler Champion (Caliber Collision Center) in Midland Tx for repairs…Tyler Champion (the 4th generation of auto body repairs continue to live up to his “last” name “Champion”…Thank Tyler and Thank Caliber Collison Center.

Upon the arrival I mentioned a situation about my battery draining after the accident and they never checked that issue then I bought a new battery and it gave me the same problem on top of this their employee Rita had terrible attitude towards me and my issue suggested it’s not part of the accident when I know it is because I never had issues before and it’s a new truck less than a year old
