I have mixed feelings. The work itself looks great but the amount of time that it took was over double what they had estimated. So, I guess it depends if the friend or colleague have another vehicle to use in the meantime.

Customer service was definitely subpar. Both the service rep and the GM were not very good with their communication. I definitely got the run-around and my vehicle stayed in the shop for an extended amount of time per the original finish date.

The repairs look great. The updates on the repairs were awesome. I never had to call and ask what was happening or when it would be completed. The repairs were actually completed on the expected date that I had been given at start of repair. Employees very professional and courteous. 4Runner was spotless on pick up. Thank you all. I will highly recommend.

The service was exceptional. Caliber kept me updated every step of the journey. The lady that kept in contact with me and went over services when I picked up my 4Runner was wonderful.
