Excellent!! The whole process was completely painless. It took 5 minutes for Chase to give me an estimate and I was on my way. I dropped off my car for hail damage repair and since there is an Enterprise right at the front desk, I was able to drive away in my rental car. Chase called to touch base every few days and the work was done considerably quicker than promised. Picking up my car and dropping off the rental was just as easy as before. The quality of work is amazing and my car was cleaned and looked better than when I dropped it off. The customer service and easy process is something I wish every company offered! I cannot express how pleasantly surprised that I was!
