The repair team missed an entire panel that was listed for repair. When I came to pick it up- it had not been touched. I left it again for an updated repair. When I came to pick up the next time, I drove it off the lot and there was a horrible scraping/grinding sound that was not there previously. I went back and had Paris ride with me to bear the sound. She did. She said it was due to low brake pads- which was not mentioned to me. Someone drove thw van to/from the alignment location and did not mention to anyone the horrible sound that the van was making- which is unacceptable. Paris offered to contact insurance again (but it had already been a month in the shop and my trust in the shop was fading fast. I already had to contact my local agent when repairs were at a standstill the 2nd time. I took the van and have contacted my agent again and we are pursuing our options. I want to be clear that my interactions with Paris and other office staff have been friendly and professional.
