Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful, even moving my rental car reservation to an Enterprise location that would pick me up. In addition, the staff went above and beyond in getting ready to return my vehicle. They cleaned the interior (no easy feat considering the dog hair that seemed a permanent addition to the carpet). I was very satisfied with this experience.

Kerri was amazing at keeping me informed and explaining every step to me! I would come back just because of her amazing customer service and attention to detail. I was also very impressed that the person that cleaned my car at the end found $14 and left it all in the car for me to find! It's very hard to come by such trust worthy people and I appreciate that so much!!
