Kevin handled my repair. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. The job actually came in under the estimate since it turned out that there was a component that didn’t have to be repaired that was included in the estimate. Most importantly the repair job was perfect. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the entire Caliber operation.

Kevin was great, the front desk lady was horrible... I setup with progressive to get and estimate and preorder parts. She told that this not process in Progressive program and had to reschedule. Returned back to the shop, and she the Kevin was sick, and she would try to find someone to help me. 20 minutes no one was able to assist me. On my 3rd visit to this shop, i was able to drop off the vehicle, only to come back two days to pickup my car and Kevin preorder the parts. Not good experience for a 6 day repair.
