Front desk was excellent at explaining the process start to finish. Tiffany was great at keeping me updated throughout the repair process. Mason was awesome! Once they pulled my around for pickup, my car wouldnt start. battery died. Mason went above and beyond to ensure my safety by testing the battery and giving me a jump. He did not want it to cut off again so he ordered a battery for delivery and replaced it all within 30 minutes. Its good to know people still care, practice and demonstrate customer service.

Communication with Kevin was stellar. However, communication with other personnel, Enterprise and Geico was confusing and non-existent at times. My questions were glossed over and not fully addressed.
