The repair took much longer than quoted. When it started getting close to my 30 days of rental being up, suddenly there was a huge push to get it done. The day before my rental expires I got a call saying my car was ready. I went to the shop same day only to be told it’s ready but there’s two things we didn’t do correctly and you will have to bring it back. Was the car drivable? Yes. But it was drivable when I brought it there. I was asked to pay my deductible and take delivery on a car that was incomplete. When I said I wasn’t going to pay my deductible until the car was finished, I was told I couldn’t take the car. So I had to scramble to get another rental. If I had been told about the issues with the repair before coming to the shop I could have made arrangements ahead of time. The work was great. Car looks amazing. Just not accurate in the quote for how long and wasn’t completely transparent with me upon me picking up the car the first time.
