Totally not happy battery was fine when I dropped off but because battery pulled out of vehicle and left uncharged had to go spend 225 on a new one

The date of repairs being complete kept changing. Ended up paying for extra days on car rental. Had to reach out on our own to get parts expedited in order to have repairs completed. I will however say that the repairs were done beautifully and the manager of the shop was very kind and apologetic for our inconvenience.

Anthony was absolutely awesome through this whole horrible process. My insurance company, Progressive, caused a repair that should have taken only a few days to take over 5 weeks. Anthony did his best but they just would not communicate with him and dragged their feet through the entire process. He kept me informed and constantly apologized even though he had nothing to apologize for. The work done on my car was spectacular and it looks like a new car again!

I appreciate the communication from Megan Spizzirri throughout the entire process. As a customer my having to wonder or make multiple calls to get updates meant the world to me! I also appreciated the high quality quick service, I dropped my car off Monday morning and had it back by Wednesday evening. I would definitely recommend you all to others!

I was happy with the daily updates provided by Megan on each step of the repair process. Megan was professional yet friendly on each of my visits. She explained in great detail the repairs made on the vehicle and made sure I completely understood what was being done. The repairs were made in a timely time frame and finished on the date given by Megan. Outstanding customer service.
