Everyone, and I do mean EVERYONE, was super kind, considerate, and reassuring throughput the entire process. Nita at the front desk, was able to get things done that the Agent at Liberty Mutual either couldn't get done or, didn't care to get done. Megan reassured me from the first day that I walked, that everything would be okay. Megan took time to go through everything that would be handled on my car. She kept me updated EVERY DAY. I was extremely satisfied with the customer service that I received from both Nita and Megan. When my claims person at Liberty Mutual asked me to find my own rental car location, I called Caliber and Nita handled it all for me. I was actually delayed in getting my car worked on due to my claims person at Liberty, not having the knowledge or the wherewithal and or concern, to help me.

Caliber collision were very helpful in getting me a rental car and making sure it got back to the rental place when I picked up my vehicle. They were accommodating, professional, and did a great job repairing and painting my vehicle. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
