I knew the painter which solely brought me to your company and your location. Ive seen his work and have talked at length about the new shop. Joe wasn't wrong. The work done on my truck was above expectations. Very pleased! The truck looks better than when I bought in 2021. Ill refer you to anyone. Megan was very attentive and kept me up to speed on the work progress. The shop also replaced my truck battery which I appreciated you were concerned about the truck when it rolls out from your shop was right! If I were to be critical which is best for you to improve and build on: The front personnel need to foster a better demeanor. When a customer walks in, that very moment and you are under scrutiny. A person should be greeted, such as.....Welcome to Calicer Collision how may I help you? When I walked in I engaged with her? Just not the best first impression. She's not bad just nowhere near the social pleasure to work with as others. Just left a impression for me that she wasn't thrilled to be there and projected that to me. NEVER said that mind you just her non verbal communication. Thanks again.

As stated in the synopsis. The repairs are outstanding. This Caliber is a new shop. But they were excellent. I say this because you should refer customers if you can. They made up for everything.

I typically have a high tolerance, frankly I still do. BUT your company from the core has work to do and had me frustrated along the way. My initial call went very well. I notified Liberty Mutual, ( LM ) by phone. Nice lady took my information and gave me my agent and information. Stated they would call me that day. I waited 6 business days. No call. So I called him. Bad business model to say the least. Most everything I was given I did myself. Images of the damage ect. I get providing me choices but the automation is over the top and customer service is sacrificed for it. I suspect the agent never had to leave his lounge chair at home the entire process? When I dropped my truck at Caliber the Enterprise pick up guy was great. Very kind we spoke about his personal life, again great experience. At the Enterprise office they couldn't find my account? I had to call LM. Got a voice-mail leaving me hanging. Waited for 30 minutes but no return call as I waited at Enterprise you were on the clock. Began paying out of pocket just to get things moving. I got an automated return call. In the call I heard the Enterprise address. That wasn't the same as my current location. Just blocks away on Independence but not the same numerical. So I passed that to the Enterprise rep. THEN magically they found my claim? Just very odd to be so narrow scoped? The car I got was a Chevy Spark. I barely fit in it at 6'2" 215 lbs. I requested the car next to it but was advised I have to pay out of pocket the difference? Seriously folks. I didnt select a 2022 Mercedes G-class. It was a Ford mid-size. The one car as I searched it located drink bottles and trash. Not on you directly but Enterprise is a subcontracted business for you thus a representative. Really need to be better. On a bright note to end. Calibers work was outstanding. The truck looks better than before the accident. Its a 2014 truck. It was clean without marks but this paint job leaves it looking showroom. All said, I got my vehicle back in better shape so that you get credit for. The road to the end can use cleaning up.

Megan is STELLAR. She made this experience and she is reason I would come back to Caliber. Its too early to tell what the quality of the work is, but upon delivery I was very satisfied. Megan is an extremely valuable to your team and I hope you treat her as the treasure she is because good, responsive, quality customer service is very hard to find!

Excellent service! Very content with repair as well as timing. I highly recommend this Caliber collision location at Independence blvd in Charlotte. Not only are we satisfied with the mechanics but also Megan at Caliber did an outstanding job keeping us updated on the status.
