They do good work, just horrible communication and no urgency. I had to rent a car 4 additional days (approximately $250) , because the "alignment guy" couldn't make it on Friday 2/4, so I had to rent the car until Tuesday. They don't care that I am spending a lot of money renting a car, they just get to it when they can. Bad business.

There was very little communication from the shop. The only time I would here from them was an hour before my car was supposed to be completed, they would postpone the date it would be ready. Then I had to scramble to extend the rental car I rented. This occurred several times. When I did speak to them, they were nice. But the lack of communication made it tough to plan for anything.

I can’t give a comment right now because, I’m not a happy camper, I picked up my car on Friday and I notice somethings, so I had my fiancé check it out and for some reason it takes twice for me to shut my door because the door is offline and then I noticed the retractable mirror don’t retract all the way so I can see the car behind me,or getting ready to pass, so that’s considered a safety hazard! So I spoke to someone this morning and they told me to bring the car back so that’s the next point!
