I brought my car here after I was involved in an accident and everyone at Caliber could not have been more helpful. They were always updating me on the status of the repairs and all the insurance information. Always very pleasant to deal with on the phone and answered all of my questions. Would recommend this spot to anyone!

We are very satisfied with the services we received at the Mission Bay Dr. Location. Paulette and Travis were professional and the turn around time was on scheduled. That said, when I called for an update I was routed to a dispatch center due to a failure to connect to the correct location. I was bounced between several representatives, none of whom seemed to know how to answer my question. The last rep I spoke with before Shawnee as the absolute worse; he was rude, insisted that I contact the exact same number I had called which got me transferred to him and eventually transferred me to his manager without once telling me he was going to transfer me. As a result, I was tempted to pull my work from Caliber altogether. In the future, I will think twice about Caliber as a whole. I will happily recommend Paulette and the Mission Bay location, but I will not recommend Caliber as a whole due to the horrible customer service.
