We asked about a rental car and were told that we had to take care of it ourselves. Then we were offered a rental car at drop off. The staff was great but process and communication on this minor point could have been better.

They were very nice to get along with, very knowledgeable no matter what was asked and most of all they let me know they were working with me 100 percent and I was there concern and I really felt that , great bunch of people , thanks Joe and to the lady that put a stamp by her word .
