Patty and Travis were absolutely amazing!! Having your car crashed into can feel like a long list of problems, but after reading all of the comments online about how wonderful Patty was and hearing about other people’s experiences, I knew choosing Caliber Collision was the right choice! Both Patty and Travis made sure I was fully taken care of. Travis was so detail-oriented when examining the car, and Patty offered a complimentary pickup and drive over to Enterprise, which made everything so much easier. And a shout-out to the maintenance team who got my car completely fixed within 9 days! From pickup to drop-off, both Patty and Travis did a wonderful job making sure I felt 100% confident and taken care of when picking up my car. Thank you to them both!!
