I appreciated the daily update on the repairs. Dealing with insurance companies is horrific at best, but the head honcho, George Rodriquez was easy to communicate with. Communication is the key.

Very friendly team!! I always felt taken care of. I appreciated that my potential repairs were explained to me when I brought my car in, and I was able to receive an estimate free of charge. Also, the repairs were explained to me upon pick up. I really appreciated the text messages that I received for updates. Finally, I love that Caliber Collision partners with Enterprise - I knew I could be taken to my rental car seamlessly.

Kept me updated throughout the whole time. Was easy to access and leave rental. Staff was super nice and even assisted me with taking out my child car seat I was having trouble with.
