The only negative is that the original Scheduler tried to send me to your location two hours from my home instead of the business 10 minutes away. It took about an hour on the phone to sort all this out.

Travis kept me up to date and my car was done in the quoted time frame. My only complaint was my car was still dusty inside. Interior could have been cleaned better.

Caliber Collision did a great job on repairing my scraped truck. The whole process was seamless including picking up/dropping off of rental car. They had constant communication keeping me up to date with my repair and when the car would be ready even with this happening during the end of year holiday dates.

Repair was done well and with constant communication. There was a slight runoff of clearcoat that can be seen at certain angles but everything else looks good.
