After they took off the bumper they charged me double for parts and labor. I felt they weren't putting in the hours a day in work on my car. The car did look great when completed. Also, they paid 2 weeks of my car rental which was really nice.

Once again the Caliber folks on Vandever in San Diego were amazing. As usual, the repair was completed early (3 days early). The work was top notch. The whole team from the front desk to all the representatives were friendly, professional and caring. Caliber even noticed my wiper fluid was low and filled it up for me. Of course, it’s unfortunate that I need to call on them for service. I’d much rather not have my cars damaged but thank goodness this Caliber location is there for situations like this. I have recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so.
