Very great! The whole team was great to work with. Patty was very helpful and answered all my questions and even provided some info that helped me with the rental car and insurance adjuster. Her and all of the team members i interacted with were more than helpful and easy to work with. Jorge and Gustavo where helpful in making sure I was informed of all steps in the repairs and they all went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of.

I worked with Travis, who communicated very well with me about timeline and one of the parts was gonna take extra long, so he made sure he communicated that with me and why that was they made sure they had my car ready on time cause I was going out of town and it was ready right when they said that would be. They did forget to put my front license plate on and I had to go back and get it, but they were rushing to get my car done by the end of the day so I can go on my vacation the next day so I don’t blame them and offer for that. They were very apologetic and got it fixed very quickly. I cannot for the life of me remember the front lady’s desk name but she is so nice and very helpful and when I dropped my car off, I had to bring my six-year-old who is extremely active and she was very very good with her I absolutely loved it. And the icing on the cake they cleaned my car very good. It was not clean when I sent it to them and I was kind of embarrassed by that, but I didn’t have time to do anything so I was very surprised because I did not know that they do a thorough cleaning not a full detail but a very good clean before they return your car! It smelled so good!

Third time that I have had the misfortune of bringing my car to this Caliber shop for repairs. A bad situation was made as good as possible. With an accelerated time frame, repairs were finished on time and in immaculate condition. Everyone treated me with respect and professionalism. The shop is run with precision. Well done.

Caliber Collision did an AMAZING JOB in repairing my 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT. they were friendly, quick, and thorough in finding the necessary parts needed, which was a bit challenging as it is an older vehicle, but they pulled through and got the job done, VERY highly recommend!!!
