The team was wonderful! I’m so grateful to have my car (Pearl) back again. I truly didn’t realize just how much I love my car until I needed to drive a rental for a week. Thank you so much for taking good care of her. When I picked her up I realized I was having an issue closing the back door properly, so I came back and the team met me in the parking lot and helped me right away. They were having an employee BBQ that day and even made me a taco with beans and rice while I waited. Delicious! I’m Incredibly satisfied with my experience at Caliber Collision!

There was prompt communication along the process of what was happening with repairs and when it’d be read. I got the car back a day earlier than expected and they’d washed it for me which was a nice surprise!
