I was very pleased and satisfied with the job Caliber Collison done on my Honda CR-V. They made sure I was able to get my vehicle back in the time planned. It was outstanding work to have it looking like new again. JP was absolutely EXCELLENT!!!! He was very professional and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle repairs. JP was fantastic! He made the process extremely easy, called me immediately when parts were in to begin the work on my car, and the time frame he communicated to me it would take to complete the work was the precise time it took for Caliber to complete the work. Hopefully I do not ever have to get collision work done to my car again but if I do I will certainly be back and will refer any business I come upon.

We were more than satisfied with caliber collision. Everyone was so nice, and we were updated every single day on the repair of our automobile. When we came to pick up our automobile, we were astonished at how beautiful our repair was. We could not believe how beautiful our car was. They even went out of their way to buff and wax the entire car. I am so glad that I picked caliber to fix our car. I will tell everyone I know to use caliber thank you so much for being so kind and patient with us as we were very nervous. They even took care of returning our rental back to enterprise. Thank all of the people that were involved with our repair they were absolutely wonderful.

Everything about my experience was excellent. From the time I set the appointment to the time that car was finished everything went as planned. They gave follow up text and calls so I know where we were and any given time. There was an issue on a part, but they kept me informed and still got the car finished on the same time. as planned. They kept me updated with text and calls and I always knew what was happening with my car. I would recommend them highly to anyone who needed this service.

I received excellent service from this facility, from the time I got the original estimate to the time of completion. They gave me a promised timeline and it was met with only one issue, but they were able to work around that and still complete the car on time. I was updated with text and phone calls and never felt out of touch with what was being done to my car. I would recommend them highly to anyone who needed this kind of repair service.
