From start to finish, this was the best auto repair experience we’ve ever had. Communication was outstanding — we were kept in the loop at every stage of the process, so there were never any surprises. They also handled all of the insurance coordination on our behalf, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. It’s clear this team genuinely cares about their customers. They were very good about repairs to my Mr. Blue after I was in an accident. Check in was easy and they kept me informed of the progress. When it was ready I was quite impressed with the quality of the repairs. I was even able to leave my rental there, which made it so much easier for me. When I found two little dots of white on the hood they took care of it and even a slight scratch on the passenger doors. I would highly recommend Calibers Collision!!!!
