Communication from staff left much to be desired. Initial claim was not correct. Additional repairs for vehicle were listed on dop off sheet but subsequently not repaired. Vehicle was not ready when I was told to come get my car. I asked Caliber staff to let Enterprise know that my car wasn't ready because Enterprise was calling me asking for the rental car Caliber employee told me they would talk to Enterprise. That never happened. The repair work done was excellent but the overall smoothness of the process and communication was pretty poor.

Communication was severely lacking from Caliber employees. The rental car process was confusing and the "partnership" that I thought Caliber and Enterprise had was never seen. The initial claim was missing significant amounts of damage. The car was not repaired on time and I was told to pick up my car when it was not ready. I gave a 3 instead of a zero because the actual repair work done was excellent.
