Everyone was professional and took their time in explaining to me my payment options (out of pocket or insurance). My assigned representative also explained to me all the details that would go into making my car look untouched again. Plus, I loved the feature of the text messages updates and occasional phone calls from the representative on the status of the repairs. . I loved my experience and would use Caliber again and would recommend to friends and family.

The entire process was done very well. Your associate Devan is the best. He was so nice and pleasant and professional. It made all the difference. And my car was ready in two days! Amazing. My only complaint has to do with the rental car. I know that your shop was not responsible for that but just thought I'd mention that it smelled really bad of cigarette smoke. Since I was going to have it for a short time, I dealt with it but it was not good. But I was happy to have a car to get to and from work. Thank you again!!!
