Very satsified with the repairs. I was very happy with Devon, who kept me updated and was always upfront and honest. It was unfortunate how long the repair took because the hood was not available.

My car was kept for over two months and there was a total lack of transparent communication as to when it would be prepared. It kept constantly being put off and each time I would have to continuously call to be provided a status update. I am totally taken by the lack of communication during this entire process. The work on my car is decent however it took entirely too long.

Facility was recommended per insurance company which had not read email car was there for repairs not an estimate. Repairs not completed in a timely manner even though 3 different times I was called and came to pick up vehicle still not repaired and all I could get was a "o sorry". No one knee what was going on what needed to be done. Customer service is terrible. I will have a long conversation with my insurance company and their recommendations. I have been in customer service almost 30 years and I have never ever have had anyone experience this type of uncaring foolishness for dam near 3 weeks 😡

Horrible customer service! Vehicle never ready when promised and told to pick up; job half done had to start over; repeatedly called given wrong information; tires flat when car ready to leave nothing to accommodate customer over THREE week period! Would not and do not recommend at all!
