Picked up vehicle but rental that was dropped off was not returned until 4 days later. We were told by receptionist that they would call enterprise 4/10/26 to inform them the vehicle was dropped off at the collision shop and enterprise states they were not notified until the 14th which is 4 days later.

I had a wonderful experience with the whole Caliber Collision team. Sheyenne was so helpful and informative when I first called in and Sonya communicated with me throughout the claims process. The repair team did an amazing job on my vehicle, I can't tell anything happened at all and it drives like a dream. I would recommend Caliber to anyone who needs repair work.
