On picking up my car, please make sure your employees who are filling in on the weekend know how much is due for the customer to pay, you had a fill in lady who was working overtime who told me and another customer that we had to pay the full amount due, that was not proper, when the only amount due was the deductible, this was my first experience doing business with your company and this was a shocking experience when the only amount due was the deductible, I’m still apprehensive about That.

I’m not happy with my experience at caliber collision , my car was not properly completed I have several issues with back lights trunk light interior lights cruise control module and salon before I drop my car off all this was working they Got the interior lights working I just found out my truck light don’t work and it was working before I dropped it off I am totally dissatisfied

I have no issues with this car other than the front windshield and quarter panel being vandalized I get my car back and I have all kind of electrical issues

My repair was delayed a couple of times as the scope of damage was not fully defined initially. Because of this, my repair took twice the time that was told to me initially. There was only one person that was able to tell me how my repairs were progressing and any time I called to speak with him, he wasn’t available. I should have been able to speak with anyone to know how my repairs were progressing. Overall, a very disappointing experience compared to another Caliber location that I used for a previous collision that was at higher speeds than this collision. I won’t be using this location again.
