Repaired quarter panel doesn’t line up with the bumper as tight as it should. There’s a bit of a gap, but the paint looks great.

Received a call saying the vehicle was ready at 4:30pm on a Friday, they close at 6. We couldn’t make it with that short of a notice, so we had to keep the rental for three extra days.

The Caliber on Hwy 74 in Monroe is the best. My car looks awesome and was ready in my short time frame. CJ helped me get back on the road in time for Thanksgiving. Stephen kept me informed and went over everything with me when I picked up. A+

Communication needs to be improved. The first few days I heard nothing other than a text stating that I would be getting text. I called several times everyone was always nice, however several times I was told I’d get a call back and I never did. I was notified that my van was ready less than an hour before you close on a Friday night. Having to rush through dinner and pack up two small kids is not fun. Then having to transfer items from rental to my van in the dark. More time would have been great or the option to wait until Monday. Whoever cleaned the interior of my van did a rush job. The van stunk and still stinks 3 days later. Myself and my 18 month old have asthma. I’ve aired it out all I can it’s too cold to ride with windows down. Chemicals were left on windshield and streak marks left made driving home that night hard.

They went above and beyond my expectations. Steven even met me after hours as I work on the opposite site of town. There work was excellent and They were careful with my car while it was in their shop; meaning I did not get it back with grease stains or paint anywhere.
